How NAV is computed

NAV = Σ (vault’s raw token balance × price), divided by shares outstanding. Each price is the coin’s live Pons venue spot (bonding-curve reserves before graduation, its locked Uniswap v4 pool after) times the Chainlink ETH/USD feed. Accounting is done in raw units, so nothing off-chain can mint or destroy shares.

If prices go stale

NAV displays are flagged stale and one-click buys pause. In-kind mint and redemption never touch a price: you can always exit to the underlying coins, pro-rata, at any block.
